CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
TOWN OF TRENTON
The Town of Trenton is seeking applications from experienced individuals for the position of Chief Administrative Officer.
Reporting to the Town Council, the CAO is responsible for the management of all day-to-day and strategic operations of the Town and for the provision of quality services and programs to stakeholders in accordance with statutory requirements and guidelines, Town by-laws and policies; and within approved budgets.
The suitable candidate will be independent, possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills, and the ability to manage in a team environment. They must be organized and efficient in project management, problem solving, managing change, and in applying comprehensive business and governance ideas. In addition, the candidate must have the ability to interpret financial statements and have a solid understanding of the budget process.
The successful candidate will possess relevant post-secondary academic qualifi cations or have a combination of suitable education and experience. Letters of application, along with detailed resume, may be submitted in confi dence to the address
