Superior is looking for world class sales and customer service representative to join our Canadian work from home team.

Each day, our work-from-home representatives speak with current and past customers across Canada, to provide updated and new services. We use highly engaged conversations to deliver exceptional customer service and results. Our work-from-home reps. stay connected through the day with chat and video tools and participate in ongoing training, workshops, peer groups and events.

Please note: This is a work-from-home position. No travel is required except within 25km of home.

There is no cold calling, high pressure sales tactics or quotas. However, we are a we are a business and results matter. Work-from-home representatives are permanent, full-time employees, paid an hourly wage with health benefits and opportunities for advancement.

We're looking for the following people:

  • You are a seasoned sales and call center professional, with a minimum of 2 years' call center experience
  • You are a high achiever, with a record of top performance and a competitive sales focus
  • You have exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • You are a great team player who builds open, honest relationships
  • You have great work ethic and can work independently
  • You are technically savvy and self-reliant

You must provide or supply:

  • A newer-version Windows PC or laptop computer
  • A secure high-speed internet connection
  • A dedicated, quiet and private home office
  • A willingness to learn and grow and follow instruction

We will provide you with:

  • Permanent, full time employment
  • $30.00 - $32.00 (w bonus) hourly wage
