Known for delivering on a variety of projects from convention centres to wastewater treatment plants and internationally renowned for the quality of their work, they are looking to add a Project Director to their team in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

As the Project Director, you will be a leader in project management, delivery and quality for Pomerleau. You will be a scheduling guru who keeps project goals, execution, people and communication always top of mind.  With your solution focused and team-oriented attitude, you will lead a collaborative team of construction professionals who match your drive for excellence. Using your client centric approach and established technical expertise, you will embrace the role of being a trusted leader for the team and steadfast advisor for clients to successfully execute every exciting and challenging project you lead.

As the ideal candidate, you have 10+ years of experience in the construction industry on large industrial projects. A University Degree or Technology Diploma in Engineering would be considered an asset.  You have demonstrated your strong negotiation, management and communication skills and have a successful track record of being solutions oriented and able to think quickly to find a way forward in a challenging situation. You take great pride in the quality of your work and have a strong commitment to ensuring a safe work environment.
